Warm Ups 1-19
Warm up #19
I usually take pics around my house or hood but I do like taking pictures by ob because even though most people can visit it everyday if they wanted to I don't have that kind of luxury so I make the most of it. Also the cliffs over there are really fucking awesome.
Warm up #18
The feeling of the photo is very happy ambitious and overall a good mood because of all the cool colors. The aperture must've been pretty low because even thought it wasn't a close up shot there was still some blurring of the background. I don't think I would be good at taking wedding photos and I wouldn't enjoy it because there's so much into what you want the photo to look like and it's not something that I would like to do.
Warm up #17
You can make portraits without showing faces like in the picture the main focus is on the hands and the piece of paper. Because it's an action and it's the thing you focus on.
Warm up #16
I say that the feelings that the portrait is trying to portray is like a sort of like tough guy feeling. I think this because it seems like they're trying to look tough and they look organized like some kind of mafia or mob.
Warm up #15
These two photos both have a clear attention to the foreground which means the person is a lot closer than everything else. They both have some kind of green with the plants. Finally they both have some kind of background blur to them.
Warm up #14
These two photos have in common is that the main center of attention isn't in the middle. In each one they both have tones to them. The blue one is a lot cooler and the one with the lady feels a lot warmer because of the colors.
Warm up #13
Chin down and the 2/3rds turn I think will be what I will be looking at the most. Mostly because when people take pictures they have there head up a little which makes the photo look a little awkward and not right. The 2/3rds turn because it just looks nice it looks like you know what you're doing when taking a photo.
Warm up# 12
I would say my favorite food would be chicken. It's boring I know but if I were to eat something for the rest of my life at least I know that it's pretty good for me and there's endless way to prepare chicken. It has a lot of protein and the possibilities are endless in what I could do with it. But in terms of just favorite taste it would definitely have to be mole enchiladas.
Warm up #11
I don't think that the shadow is being casted by them lol. I think its the guy that's supposed to be the part that holds the water, his arms can let in a lot of light in and I don't think that it would be such a perfect box. And I think it's a cool idea but its really hard to replicate something such as this with an original idea and would take a long time to do.
Warm up#10
In my opinion the black and white photo shows a lot more emphasis on the black and white because there is a big contrast on the colors. In the colored one it seems a lot warmer on the lights and isn't really as sharp of a cut compared to the one with value.
Warm up #9
I think the photo is either early in the morning or becoming late at night, because the shadows seem to be really stretched out and you can get this kind of light at those times. It would have to be really sunny because you need all the light you can get and if it's cloudy it dampens the light and doesn't give it those dark shadows that you need for the effect in the photo. Which is a really big contrast.

Warm up #8
Honestly I have not the slightest clue of what I want to do when I grow. I know what I like to do and what interest's me but I don't know what I can do with that and make it a career. I'm really into all things technology, I like all the new video games, phones, building computers and all the new stuff coming out. I've been this way ever since I got my first Nintendo DS and I was watching all the new stuff come out and nothing comes closer to interesting me like technology does.
Warm up #7
Patterns and lines really make up this entire picture. Because it is just the same ting repeated over and over again. I say lines because there are subtle lines in the picture which don't really lead anywhere but it gives the picture a little bit more structure.
Warm up #6
This is a great example of framing because you have a figure in the middle and you have these lines in the background really giving you a sense of distance. Also it makes him the foreground and makes him the star of the picture. Also it has some shadows and contrast with the sun in the background giving it some light and making the picture pop out more.
Warm up #5
I guess you could say this is framing but I don't see it that much. I think the only framing I see in the picture is her hands above her head looks kinda like she's behind it but I think it is a little bit of a stretch. Also the mic does cover her a little bit but its not around her so it just kinda looks awkward if it was a framing example because it isn't around her but in front of her and is obscuring her.
Warm up #4
One of my favorite childhood memories was wen me my mom and some of my cousins went to San Felipe (a little beach town in Mexico) for a week. I had such a good time with my family and the weather, beach, food and the culture was so amazing. It was funny too, we went in a R.V. and we couldn't figure out how to work out the A.C. so it was freezing inside but outside was easily in the high 80's or 90's and we were freezing in the night. We didn't have any blankets so we covered ourselves in towels because it was so cold.
Warm up #3
The space in this picture is very far and it has a lot in one picture. You can see the trees in the front which leads to field and to the ocean. It gives a lot of depth and how much distance there is in this one picture.
Warm up #2
The most dominant thing is this photo are the pencil shaving. This is because they contrast with the bland background and it draws your attention. If the photo was black and white the shavings would still be the dominant thing because it would have more variety in the shading and coloring of the whits and black.
Warm up #1
The elements I see most in this picture are color, contrast, and variety. I say this because the colors of the macaroons stand out to the dullish backgrounds with cool colors compared to the grayish background. Also I say variety because they're all macaroons but they look very different from one another.
